Shipping and Pick-Up Policies
Pick-Up Days and Policies:
Pick-up is available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 PM to 7 PM. Orders placed on our website will take 1–2 business days to be prepared. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
To arrange a pick-up on a different date or time, please contact us at dolcespotcompany@gmail.com to explore mutually convenient options.
Shipping Days and Policies:
- Orders ship every Monday and Wednesday.
- Dolce Spot is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for packages marked "delivered" but afterward lost.
- Returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur in additional reshipment charges.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for delays caused by closed locations or denied access to the delivery site.
- Estimated delivery times exclude weather-related delays.
- Dolce Spot is not liable for delays caused by high shipping volumes.
Refund, Exchange, or Return Policies:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Dolce Spot cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Once delivered, we cannot guarantee proper storage or handling.
Cancellations or Modifications:
- Contact us via the Contact section to cancel or modify your order. We will work with you to accommodate your requests.
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days before the scheduled shipping or pick-up date.
- Once your order preparation begins, no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made.
